Paul Scorpo’s love of food and wine, combined with a background as a landscape architect, led him to purchase a derelict apple and cherry orchard on the Mornington Peninsula in 1997. Planting the elevated site to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Shiraz, the wines have subsequently reflected the quality of the region. Close-planted and meticulously cared for vines are crafted into elegant, cool-climate wines with assistance from Sandro Mosele at Kooyong. Liquid Library is very excited to be involved with this new project and we will see a range of new releases this year, including the new Aubaine and Noirien wines.
