Victoria's Harcourt Valley is home to Australia’s largest plantings of cider-apple orchards.
Winemaker, Adam Marks, of Bress; Simon Frost of Little Red Apple orchards ; and vintage cidermakers, Henry of Harcourt, have joined forces to create a new brand of ciders:
Harcourt Perry and Cider Makers.
The objective here is freshness, bright fruit and ciders for immediate consumption.
Complexity is assured with both ciders utilising three apple varieties, and three pear varieties respectively. Use of indigenous yeasts and barrel fermentation also add to the creamy palate. Harcourt Perry and Ciders both come in 500ml format in cases of 15.
